Cebu to Bohol: Canyoning, River Adventure & Chocolate Hills — 5 Days

Moalboal canyoning and mountain biking through Bohol's Wahig River gorge and inland waterways

This five-day itinerary connects two of the central Philippines' leading adventure zones. The route begins in Moalboal on Cebu's southwest coast, where a river gorge system offers canyoning through multiple waterfall tiers, then moves overland to Tagbilaran and Bohol's interior. A ferry crossing provides views of the Chocolate Hills limestone formation, while the Danao Eco Park delivers river trekking, tubing, and kayaking along the Wahig River. The pacing alternates between high-activity days (canyoning, river crossings, boulder hopping) and transit days that include structured sightseeing. Accommodation spans two nights in Moalboal and two nights in Bohol's resort zone.
