This one-day cycling route moves through that terrain on mostly flat to gently rolling trails, passing active cinnamon farms where guides explain the labor-intensive peeling process that has shaped the local economy for centuries. Tea gardens and natural rubber trees line the route alongside small villages where daily life continues largely unchanged by tourism.
