South Korea's West Coast by Bike: Seoul to Busan — 14 Days

A 14-day cycling journey from Seoul through Baekje historical sites to South Korea's southern coast, combining road riding with temple stay and kayaking.

This 14-day cycling route traces South Korea's western and southern coastlines, beginning in Seoul and concluding in Busan. The route moves through historic cities including Buyeo (capital of the Baekje dynasty), the port city of Gunsan, and the mountainous terrain of Naejangsan and Byunsan national parks. Riders encounter a mix of coastal and inland riding, including sections along the Yeongsan and Mangyeong rivers. The itinerary intersperses cycling days with rest days that feature cultural exploration, temple accommodation, sea kayaking, and fishing activities. This intermediate-level tour requires consistent daily riding capacity and familiarity with varied terrain, from flat coastal paths to rolling hills and mountain approaches. An English-speaking guide and support vehicle accompany the group throughout.
