South Korea: Seoul, Gyeongju & Busan — 9 Days

Seoul to Busan via Gyeongju's temples and royal tombs, with group activities and free exploration time

This nine-day itinerary moves through South Korea's three largest cultural centers, combining structured group activities with independent time in each city. You'll begin in Seoul with a cooking class and taekwondo instruction, then travel by train to Gyeongju—ancient capital of the Silla Kingdom—to visit Bulguksa Temple, Seokguram Grotto, and royal burial mounds dating to the eighth century. The route concludes in Busan with a coastal trek along Dongbaek Island and a temple carved into seaside cliffs. Accommodation is twin-share in hotels and a traditional hanok inn; most days include either guided tours led by a local CEO or built-in free time to wander independently.
