Sumo Morning Practice & Ryogoku Cycling — 3 Hours

Watch wrestlers train inside Arashio Beya stable, then cycle through Tokyo's sumo district and waterfront.

This three-hour experience combines privileged access to a working sumo stable with a guided cycling route through central Tokyo. Participants begin at Arashio Beya, one of Tokyo's active training facilities, where they watch morning practice from inside the building—a rare vantage point normally restricted to stable members and family. A guide with radio headsets provides real-time commentary on technique, wrestler backgrounds, and sumo conventions. After practice concludes, a two-hour cycling route departs from the stable through Ryogoku (Tokyo's sumo district), moves through Kiyosumi, and extends to the Tokyo Bay waterfront, including stops at a Japanese garden and park. The route is designed for casual cyclists; all equipment is provided.
