Depart Taipei Main Station at 18:30 via private nine-passenger van. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the trailhead. Upon arrival at 19:00, your bilingual herpetologist guide leads a walk through forest habitat active with nocturnal wildlife. The trails are beginner-level and well-established, suitable for all fitness levels. During the walk, the guide identifies reptiles, amphibians, and other creatures active after dark, explaining their behaviour and ecological role. Wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and bring a flashlight or head lamp, drinking water, and rain gear. Stay with the group and follow all guidance from your guide regarding wildlife observation and trail safety. The group reconvenes at the van around 21:30 for the return journey, arriving back at Taipei Main Station by approximately 22:00.
